David F. Mayo
Owner
David Mayo has over 21 years of construction industry experience as a builder, general contractor, and civil engineer. Being passionate about incorporating his personal values into his work led him to follow his dream of opening his own company, Providence Custom Homes of WNC, Inc. David works diligently to ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire home building experience. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, holds a general contractors license, and served as the 2010 and 2013 president of the Hendersonville Home Builders Association.
